My wife and I enjoyed this sauv-blanc from Pouilly-Fuse, the slightly less well known neighbor of Sancerre
A nice pale yellow with clear green/silver tint. It had lots of good ripe tropical fruits, grass/herbs and citrus on the nose and palette with a refreshingly high acidity. The first sip was almost too tart but after a little food and time in the glass it softened up very nicely.

Decent value at around $40
