I did essentially double it since I'm eating high calorie to try to get some PRs in the gym after about a year of stagnation. This will come out to 4 servings each being about 1106 calories. The only reason I didn't divide it for the pictures is because my girlfriend needs our containers to take to work and I work from home so I can easily just take my daily portion from the large container to reheat.

I also added oyster mushrooms because I wrote down oyster mushrooms instead of oyster sauce on my grocery list lol. I substituted dark soy sauce for oyster sauce for the stir fry sauce
