MY FIRST MEAL PREP SUNDAY! Ignore the messy house. First house and non stop projects…

Been wanting to post here and do a meal prep.

I’m an emt so I work 4 12 hours in a row. I made 4 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and options

Breakfast we have egg and Muenster cheese burrito with 1$ energy drinks from the local over stock grocery outlet. Last time one of the 1$ Red Bulls 🙁

Lunch/snack I usually have a protein bar and a granola bar.

Dinner I made quinoa with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, peppers slowly cooked over low heat for an hour) and roasted balsamic glazed chicken breast(all I did was rub balsamic glaze on the chicken after all the spices: salt pepper paprika)

Options are when I don’t want the same thing again or am hungry at the end of the day (usually am) In the coffee cup I have oatmeal with meal replacement and in the shaker bottle I have meal replacement. I usually get water at the hospitals

    I can kinda guess but is the rationale behind the multiple shakers to save you from making a new shake every day?

  2. This is a mix of a normal meal prep and that meme where a dude just puts pizza and energy drinks in containers.
