I've a question. I really love Balderson cheddar, particularly their 'Aged Cheddar'. I discovered it initially in little individually wrapped packages like the one pictured. But they are expensive. About $9cdn for a pack of 6. I then discovered that Balderson appeared to offer the same cheese in a more conventional 'brick' size. However, despite apparently being the same thing, for some reason the individual bite size ones taste different/better than a slice off the brick. Does that make sense? Is there something different about the bite size ones hence why they're sold in that format?
