Let’s focus on the positives here:
the rice doesn’t look overcooked.

It’s bad but that’s ok. Check out google images for tuna plating examples there’s thousands on there that can help inspire you!

That black plate is a nice color to contrast tuna

Looks like a car accident complete with skid marks

May I ask why you opted to put all of the food on top of each other? Personally I think it would look more visually appealing if the items were being introduced individually on the plate instead of amidst the throes of a ménage a trios.

To start there’s too much food on the plate. And stacking probably isn’t the way to go. What are the other components? What is the sauce?

Rice, tall in a corner. Broccolini bunched and leaned on the rice. Tuna shingles in a half moon across the bottom of the rice. Sauce as you wish on the negative space.
The plate is too small/there is too much food on the plate for adequate negative space. The tuna is over cooked.

Did everyone miss the obvious cat prints?
Here’s some letters so this doesn’t get automodded.

What is in the green sauce?
Also I’m confused by the greens. The ends look like broccolini burned to hell and back, but the stems look like asparagus.

Broccolini is way overcooked, a little char is good but this is going too far, the scallions need a better cut. The sauce looks good just not put in the right spot. The tuna is WAY overcooked, rippin hot pan, sear it quick. Dont stack everything together, as someone else here said, mound the rice and lean the broc on it, fan the tuna.
