October Pop-up

A friend of mine is doing a pop-up in Brooklyn next month! Really talented guy – he's worked at Foxface, Madre, Bond Street etc. His cooking is incredible. This is the menu:

Smoked sunchoke & mushroom skewers with black lime 
Tuna with carrot & turmeric leche, nigella salsa macha 
Skate fish with cauliflower caramelized in sheep’s ghee, squash and preserved lemon 
Cardamom sacher cake with layers of pear and quince jam 
Fig leaf and olive ice cream sandwich
