My wife graduated from culinary school back in april and this was my attempt at celebrating her accomplishment. She doesn't usually finish a whole steak by herself so she actually asked to split one. I thought the temp was perfect on this one.

Looks good. My 2 cent is to get an immersion blender. You can make the best mashed potatoes easily. Quarter and salt boil your taters, use lid to dump water, add butter and cream and blend, then just salt and pepper to taste. Mmmmm.
