Curved to feedback from @chogo82. Same recipe except added Shishito pepper for flavor profile. Modernized Ikan Kuning with wild oyster mushroom salt and poached eye with crispy tail. Durian and jackfruit salad with toasted Jackfruit seed and Thai basil flower.

I was vibing with this whole dish..and then I read durian and jack fruit salad…kudos to you for your adventurous palate but that would be a hard no for me dog
