INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage 
670g ground meat 
2 onions, chopped 
1 carrot, chopped 
2 tomatoes, chopped 
2 garlic cloves, minced 
1/2 tsp of salt  
1/3 tsp of black pepper  
120g (1/2 cup) of rice 
35ml (1 1/2 tbsp) of olive oil 
Parsley 

METHOD
1. Place cabbage into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 15 minutes.
2. In another bowl mix together meat, onions, carrot, tomatoes, garlic, salt, black pepper, rice, and olive oil.
3. Wrap the prepared mixture into the cabbage leaves and wrap them in the baking sleeve.
4. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  1. I like it the old school way my Mother taught me roll each cabbage leaf separately and cover with tomato sauce bake 😋 so yummy yours looks dry I like it juice pour that sauce on top wonderful BUT your works for fast dinner Good job!!
