I tripled the recipe to use up some ground turkey I had in the fridge. I didn’t have spinach so I added a 28oz. can of tomato purée. I also added fresh ginger and lime zest to the meatballs.
This is so good, I had all the ingredients on hand. She’s not very pretty, though. 🤗
