  1. I am very partial to American Cheese on any and every sandwich that requires the cheese to be melted.

    Melted Cheddar is okay, but it’s often oily and it just doesn’t melt well. American is the best melting cheese and the bit of cheddar that is usually in it adds enough of that cheddary flavor that it goes perfectly with just about everything, especially sausage and eggs.

    Get the cheddar off that and use Deli American, Swiss, or any other cheese
