    I would steam and add more broccoli. Mashed potatoes need something else besides potatoes if you didn’t make gravy.

    I dont care about the sides, its true they need improvement, especially the mashed potatoes.

    But… that steak looks phenomenal. A nice hard char with it being still evenly pink in the middle- chefs kiss
