I am not an experienced bread maker. I don’t know shit about shit when it comes to baking bread. It had been a while since I’ve tried making bread. The last two times it came out pretty bad and of course I was discouraged. Then last week I’m scrolling through breadit and someone commented about their yeast being old. And voila, bought some new dry yeast and bread was back to its delicious self. Moral of the story – shit expires and expired shit makes shitty bread. Thank you for being apart of my duh moment.

Bread looks amazing, keep baking! And isn’t it crazy how one simple ingredient can sabotage the entire process?
But are you an experienced bread eater?
bread is fine tell me more about that avocado tho. thats what i feel an alien would think humans eat?
Conjoined twin loaves.
Keep your yeast in the fridge. It’ll greatly improve its shelf life
Looks great for a less experienced baker. If you let it proof a little longer, it’ll look even better. The crumb will be more uniform and you’ll get an even better oven spring. But really taste is all that matters
