I wouldn’t just throw them in all freezer burned like that, but a quality cut slow-cooked in a pot is good eatin’. Not my favorite- but still damned good.

Look I’m not gonna lie… 😅 As a Floridian facing long term power outages from a hurricane, I have 100% made ribeye steaks into chili just to get them out of my damn freezer. It was 100% the best chili I ever made.
