– 14 oz cooked chickpeas (drained)
– ¼ cup peanut butter
– ¼ cup olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 cup roasted red peppers (chopped)
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– Salt to taste
