Polpa di frutta estiva congelata!☀️❄️ l’inverno è lungo e arriverà il momento che avremo voglia di estate, caldo e frutta estiva! ed ecco trovata la soluzione! Vitamine, energia sana, sogni, ricordi, tutti racchiusi in un’unica super veloce ricetta!!! Ma dove la trovate una come me…non cercatela!😜

Pesche o fichi o cocomero o melone

👇 PROCEDIMENTO 👇
1. Laviamo, mondiamo e facciamo a pezzi la frutta scelta
2. Frulliamo
3. Porzioniamo nei sacchetti da congelatore e surgeliamo
4. Quest’inverno basterà frullare la polpa scelta con un po’ di acqua (con l’aggiunta di zucchero per i più golosi!) e avremo meravigliosi succhi di frutta estiva!😋

Ricetta in leggerezza. Da non confondere con superficialità.
