The dumplings had a good kimchi flavor and heat that lives up to the noodles but it didn’t work for me in this application, wouldn’t get again. The fried rice however was about 75% as spicy but had great flavor and the texture wasn’t bad when combined with tofu scramble, peas, then bites of avocado and kimchi. I’d get the rice again and maybe try a diff flavor of the dumplings if it exists.
