Dear friends, to we are making a high protein beef burrito or beef wrap with nacho cheese, it is an easy lunch or dinner recipe which is healthy and all weight watchers can try this recipe. May God bless !!!

Ingredients (5 Burritos)
To make the beef filling
1. Ground beef – 1 pound
2. Onion – 1
3. Olive oil – 1 tbsp
4. Salt – 1tsp
5. Garlic – 4 cloves
6. Chili powder – 1 tsp
7. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
8. Garlic powder – 1 tsp
9. Onion powder – 1 tsp
10. Paprika powder – 1 tsp
11. Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
12. Oregano – 1/2 tsp
13. Cream cheese – 4 oz
14. Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
15. Hot sauce – 1 tbsp

To make Nacho cheese
1. Cottage cheese – 1 cup
2. Onion powder – 1 tsp
3. Salt – 1/2 tsp
4. Sharp Cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup
5. Milk – 2 tbsp
6. Any pickle juice – 3 tbsp
