Looks like a nice sear and the piece by your fork looks like a perfect bite. There is a little rare spot on the uncut portion, but it’s tough to get an even cook on some cuts. What cut was it? My guess is towards end section of strip loin.

It seems like you controlled the heat REALLY well. You rested it for just the right amount of time.
Usually grey ring is inevitable for non-slow-cook methods but you managed perfectly. I have never had such a uniform pink in the middle myself. It’s always a gradient from grey to pink.
