A few days ago, I posted a few pictures of pizzas I made asking for advice on how to prevent the pizza from sticking to the pan.
Many suggested I use parchment paper.
It worked very well.
I just want to say thank you for all the advice that was given. I love this sub. I've learned so much and I look forward to learning more and seeing more beautiful pizzas being shared.

Is the dough on this style vastly different than focaccia?
I need to learn how to make thick pizza like that. I usually just do thin because it’s easier to know when it’s done.
