Make sure you know what you’re getting. Also you may want to take it to an extension agent to make sure it works.

If its a 12 Qt canner you can only get 4 quart jars in it. The nominal capacity of a typical ‘canner’ is 7 quart jars. Four quart jars is the minimum size to be considered safe for canning so the choice is yours, honestly that isn’t a great deal for a 12 Qt canner but decent if it is 22 Qt.

Check if you can find a gasket and the price. By the time you buy this used canner and a gasket you’ll probably have 50 bucks invested. You can buy a brand new presto 23 quart for 120. Has much better capacity and parts are readily available. Long term I think you’d be much happier with a larger model.

Are they sure it is 12 quart and not 22? I believe it is Mirro, not Mirror. Check if the “12” is also a typo. Here is one review of Mirro, https://www.simplycanning.com/mirro-pressure-canner/#mirro3.
