Last year found bits of plastic in my then 3 months old wega pegaso.
At first the vendor said it was impossible then he came and fixed it. It seemed fine after that, I think I found one more piece then it was fine.
This year I found one steam wand was acting funny and it had another piece of black plastic in it. After removing it the wand is still too weak for anything other than a nescafe style cappuccino. I'm assuming there is more plastic inside.
What could it be? The vendor says it's out of warranty. I say he didn't fix it right the first time and owes me to get it working. He argued and I told him he can come prove to me it's a new issue and I'll pay him.
What should I watch for when he's fixing it. Is this a common thing?
