Fried Onion Smashburgers

Followed George Motz's recipe. Steamed the buns on the patties while they cooked, American cheese, salt, beef, onion nothing else. Some of the patties are 80/20 some are 73/27 because I wanted to do a taste test. I used leftover buns so 2 of them are Arnold's potato rolls and the other two are Martin's potato rolls (will never buy Arnold's again after the side by side, Martin's blew them away). First time making the recipe and as long as you have a mandoline slicer for the onions its insanely easy. 10/10 would recommend.
