Huge fan of Keens but if I had a chance to do over I’d have gone with the mutton appetizer and a bigger steak. Also should have specified Chicago style – which I thought was the default because that’s how it showed up before. Overall awesome.

    Im from NY and when you want your steak charred on the outside and MR/pink on the inside it was always called “Pittsburgh style”.

    Never heard someone call it Chicago style but just looked it up and it’s essentially the same style of cooking a steak.
