Any one heard about this? I visited Taiwan last month, and almost every where I went, they use homogenizer to put very fine bubbles in cold coffee, no matter it’s an Americano or hand-drip. Just image it’s like nitro. Here are some photos in different shops FYR.
Is it common in your country/region as well? Any thoughts on that?
P.S. I may be old school. I’m no that into this homogenizer thing…
