  1. I like my meat sauce thick too! As much as folks try me with turkey and sometimes I do it but nothing is better than beef!

On a side note what type of salt do you cook with?

  2. I never thought of putting turkey in spaghetti or the peppers — the more the merrier in the pot — i like it cooked in like it was meant to be

  3. This the only way I eat spaghetti and make meatloaf is with ground turkey 🦃. Thank You for the Recipes

  4. Chef, I make the sauce you use for your turkey lasagna recipe for my spaghetti, and it was a hit! I will most definitely try this sauce too! THANKS

  5. Hey AB. I’ve used turkey before for the sauce and it tastes really good. I can do both beef and turkey and will try it with the chicken andouille sausage that probably would be fire too. Thanks for sharing my friend ❤

  6. I stopped eating beef in the 90's and only use ground turkey for my spaghetti recipe. My family never knows the difference. One trick I've learned is to season my turkey with a little bit of beef bullion or beef broth, and that gives them a hint of beef flavor making them feel like that's what they're eating. Works every time! I use this same trick for my turkey burgers and meatloaf too.

    Christ blessings to you!

  7. I definitely let the pasta cook most of the way, then cook it the rest of the way in the sauce so the sauce permeates the pasta.

  8. I hate this type of turkey. I get ground breast and thighs at my local farmers markets. The difference is spectacular.
