Hi everyone! This is my first time posting to this sub, but I’ve been meal prepping for roughly 3-4 years now. I do it to make life easier as a student and to save money. I thought I’d start sharing on this sub for inspiration.

I’m currently bulking so I try to keep my breakfast and lunch within my protein intake goals. I eat with family so dinner’s macros always shift. This is 10 servings of each lunch and breakfast. The Thai tea in the thermos is my sweet little treat for this week.

Breakfast: berry baked French toast with sweet cream cheese
Macros: 426.6 cals, 22.14 fats, 23.13 carbs, 38.6 protein

Lunch: chicken Alfredo pasta with peas
Macros: 526.4 cals, 11.92 fats, 38.4 carbs, 65.55 protein

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
