Saw some nice prime Ribeyes at Whole Foods. Left out on the counter with kosher salt for about 30 mins, then in the oven on a baking sheet+raised rack @250° til internal temp of 115°, rest 10 mins, hot cast iron pan with avocado oil, add garlic powder and fresh ground pepper, sear each side 2 mins, let it rest another 10 mins, slice and serve!
Made sautéed Bela mushrooms, lima beans and cowboy butter on the side. Turned out a nice medium rare! Great!
