    got a nice rise and puff to the base. pretty good only using a normal home oven.

    Pizza dough

    250g bread flour and 250g of 00 flour

    1 tsp salt

    200g cold water and 150g of milk

    1/4 tsp instant yeast

    1 tbsp olive oil

    Tomato sauce base

    1 canned tomato ( 400g )

    1 tsp of tomato paste

    1 tsp salt

    2 tsp sugar

    2 cloves garlic

    1 tbsp olive oil

    tsp oregano

    simmer for about 30 mins

    method

    to a bowl add bread and 00 flour combo, 1tsp salt

    add yeast and 360g cold/tap water/ milk combo

    stir for a few mins, cover with glad wrap 12-24 hours at room temperature

    after it has proved 8 hrs add 1tbsp of olive oil and mix

    note can store this for up to 4 days in the fridge, or even freeze it.
