My little espresso station 😁
I also have a corner dedicated to filter coffee and many brew methods on the other side of the kitchen so the tools don't fight with each other 🙈
My espresso equipe:
-Lelit Mara p62x V2 with 9 bar
• Grinder Eureka Mignon Manuale with zero retention kit
• blind shaker MHW-3Bomber
• Neouza puck screen
• tool for doing WDT but in a superficial way so as not to ruin the shaker effect
• Normcore Tamper
I use filtered water with Zero Water, where I then add the concentrates.
I also have two little spectators who watch curiously every time I make coffee (in the photo, the bigger one, Leila, is looking at me) 😹
For Christmas, I will take the pieces of the knobs with the same wood as the legs, so it will all look visually nicer 👌🏼

Do you recommend the grinder? I’m just getting started in the world of espresso and plan to get a flair 58+, I have my eyes on the 1zzipresso j-ultra but some people say that a manual grinder is a little difficult to achieve espresso consistency.
