I cooked the cod filets for 12 minutes in diced and sautéd red pepper, onion, and tomatoes with a tsp of paprika, cumin, 1/2 tsp ceyanne powder, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and tumeric, and salt + pepper. I didn't have quite all the ingredients the recipe called for but it still came out pretty good.

Forgot to mention but I sauted it in olive oil and with garlic.
