Just kidding. Here's some choice filets we cut at work today. Of course I had to take them home. Perks.

Boil them then sear for 20 mins then in a hot oven for at least 45 mins

Maybe try cutting them across the grain when cooked

Those are for a crock pot, for sure.

The rage was real, great curve ball.

Good idea, it would be absolutely stupid to braise those and throw them over some garlic lemon thyme risotto with a beef jus reduction

Boil in chicken noodle soup, finish in microwave

Use a mustard binder so the ketchup adheres

I will say this, I have reserved a section of a well marbled ribeye to cook until well done, so I could try it with ketchup.

It reminded me of meatloaf, which is to say, it tastes fine, but definitely not how I want to prepare my steaks.

I loved when I worked meat processing. So much meat walked out of that place.

Think they need to be boiled first

Mix the ketchup with milk and water and boil it

Perfect candidate for sloppy steaks at Trufoni’s.

Ha ha. You were really wanting to start something, weren’t you? There’s no more critical posters than the steak subReddit. It’s gonna be brutal!
