Continuing my mission to make as many sandwiches from The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches as I can, #3 is bagel and lox. Sorry New York, I know it's a dollar store bagel and lox, but it was still salty, creamy, herb-y, and delicious! I loooove bagels and cream cheese and this was a step up. I'll try and have a more authentic one someday.

Having lived my entire life either in Minneapolis or San Francisco, nothing really compares to a New York bagel. They’re just in a league of their own. There are some much better ones in SF now than there were even 3-4 years ago, but not quite NYC tier.
