Hey folks! I posted in here about a week ago looking for tips to help me feel more satiated in my new journey of Mediterranean dieting, and you all were so helpful! I feel more energized and have been feeling full all day!

Here’s what I was eating:

Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1c spinach, onion

Protein shake (not Mediterranean but necessary)

Snack 1: cottage cheese, snap peas

Meal 2: 3 oz ground turkey, 1 cup romaine, cilantro, onion, tomatoes

Snack 2: baked tofu bites( like 1/3 of a tofu loaf), hummus to dip

Meal 3: salmon, mixed squash, 1 c rice.

Now I eat:
Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1c spinach, onion, 2 corn tortillas, half an avocado

Protein shake (not Mediterranean but necessary)

Snack 1: cottage cheese, large apple, mango slices

Meal 2: 3 oz ground turkey, 1 cup romaine, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, half cup of black beans

Snack 2: Hummus and a whole bell pepper

Meal 3: salmon, mixed squash, 1 c rice.
