Recipe

1 whole chicken breast or 1 package thin cut pre-sliced chicken
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon
1 and 1/2 tbsp flour ( corn starch or potato starch for gluten free)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 pepper

Crash and peel 2 garlic cloves and set aside.
In a large skillet heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil on medium heat, when the oil is hot and runny add the garlic.
Remove the pan form the stove, tilt it and let the garlic infuse the oil until is done sizzling.
Cut and squeeze the lemon and set aside.
On a plate, add 2 cups of flour, dip the chicken and cover both sides, remove the excess of flour.
Put the pan back on the stove and at medium heat, cook the chicken slices for 3 minutes each side ( or until golden).
Make the sauce, to the lemon juice add garlic, thyme, onion and flour and make a smooth paste, them add 1/2 cup of water, mix well until everything is smooth and combined.
Add the sauce to the chicken, let it cook for 1 minute or, until is time is slightly thicken, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the chicken with it’s sauce and some parsley for garnish.
