  1. Very cool mate! Good choices. I watched part 2, didn't get back to part 1 yet. You said it was earlier? All items look good. Nice comparison. Broccoli and stilton sounds interesting. We have broccoli and cheese here stateside, but stilton is never used. I love stilton, but it is an acquired taste for most. Like yourself, I have tried so many things, people are not accustomed to, it would not bother me. Uncle Bens is widely available here, in many varieties. Most are excellent. You are well on your way to building the perfect homemade MRE, agreed. Fine tune as you wish Karl. Add or delete as you see fit. I shall look forward to seeing how this project progresses. Peace, John. P.S. , Hope the game went well Sunday, but am afraid to ask, LOL. ATB.

  2. The Uncle Ben´s pouches are something I pack in my ration packs too. Sometimes discounters have their own brand of similar dishes and I opt for that.
A meal I like is Buss cevapcici. It comes in an lightweight aluminum dish. The meal is also issued in the German EPA. If you go Buss, steer clear of pasta dishes. The pasta usually is overcooked.
Since Erbstwurst was discontinued I do not pack soup anymore.

  3. It's very interesting to see the British products. Most of them we don't have. Great job, it very intriguing.❤😎

  4. if you like quinoa more power to you. tried a uncle bens mix with white rice a few months ago. the quinoa left a nasty after taste in my mouth that didn't become edible until i dump 6 packs of arbie's sauce onto what i had made.

  5. I would be happy with those choices I myself can go without meat sometimes they all sounds like they would be delicious you did a good job picking things 👍🏾
