Help needed for SAACHI 7064

Hello guys
I wonder if I am doing something wrong with my one month old SAACHI 7064 machine.
When I finish steaming milk and need to pull a shot, it flashes the cups lights which means the temperature or pressure is high, at that point I must open the steam and wait for the excess hot water and/or steam to get out before the cups light stop flashing, after which I can pull shots again.
Sometimes even if I pulled a shot first then finish with steaming and close the machine, later after like an hour or so when I try to turn it on to pull a shot sometimes it needs to be vented again.

I really do appreciate if anyone can point out what's wrong ir how to control this issue.
