Rare tuna belly, corn on the cob, and heirloom tomato with herby dressing. Corn and tomato from my weekly farm box. The dressing is parsley, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and red wine vinegar. The tuna is sashimi grade and only seasoned with salt.
