My latest batch, nothing fancy, just habanero, serrano, jalapeño, garlic and onion. Fermented for 10(ish) days, then blended with a bit of apple cider vinegar and some of the brine.

Delicious and pretty damn hot.

    All peppers were homegrown this summer. I still have too many and no idea what to do with them.

    I’ve never made hot sauce before but about to get a big load of jalapeños and habaneros coming in from my garden. Would you recommend this for a first try?
