First time pickling jalapeños! Also first time gardening! So happy with the outcome🥰 grew all of my peppers from seeds. Very rewarding feeling that I’ll now be able to enjoy these for a couple of months 💖

  1. I love homemade Pickled Jalapeños. I have come to like waiting on my brine to completely cool before I put them in. And toss them into the refrigerator. Then start eating them after 4 days.
    So crunchy like normal pickles.
    I just wish my plant would produce more than 4 batches a year. So now I have planted 4 more plants to keep up with my eating habits. 1 qt jar last me about 2 weeks lol.

    Also not sure if you are aware but you can over winter your pepper plants to get a jumpstart on production the following year.
