Hello friends,
I am looking for a multi-day Neapolitan pizza course. Ideally, I would prefer to learn from an experienced pizzaiolo in a one-on-one setting, as I believe that in such an environment, more can be achieved in a short time compared to a group course at a school. What I’m looking for is someone who can guide me through the world of pizza, starting from flour, yeast, dough preparation, temperatures, and all the way to tricks that can improve my existing knowledge. I want to organize everything I know into a meaningful system.

The owner of the restaurant where I work is eager to take our current product to the next level, and eventually, we plan to step into the competitive scene.

He is willing to finance all of this, and it’s important that we can communicate in English, as I don’t speak Italian.
