We got a new bread maker today and my wife made this delicious pumpkin bread on her first attempt! Not very sweet but I used a cinnamon sugar butter on top that matched it perfectly. Any advice for her from the pictures? She would love your feedback.

No advice…just a compliment! This is the prettiest pumpkin bread I’ve ever laid eyes on…WOWZA! Enjoy your new bread maker…I see a LOT of amazing bread in your future!
I know it is as delicious as it looks as I make pumpkin and sweet potato breads regularly. Have you toasted it yet? It’s just fabulous cut thick and toasted.
I slice mine and put individual slices in ziplock freezer and freeze them. A quick defrost (20 seconds in the microwave) then toast it. Or, I let a slice defrost in the bag on the bench to make a sandwich.
I usually have slices of multigrain bread, sweet potato bread and spicey fruit bread in the freezer. The big dilemma is choosing which one to have for breakfast!
