Hi all!! Been baking sourdough for a few months now after a girlfriend gifted me some starter. I follow a recipe she gave me, I’ll attach photos of that as well 🙂
In the beginning my bread has no sourdough taste so I tweaked a few things and now I personally think it’s delish! But I feel like I always miss some step in the fermenting or stretch and folds but it’s always come out okay? I think? How does this look to yall? 🙂
