Is it ready or should I wait for the big bubbles? And this is a healthy starter right?

How old is the starter?

I think your starter might be on anabolic steroids.

If this is a few months old, it’s ready to use. So why are you not putting a top on the jar? And why are you making so much starter if you’re not using it? That’s a lot of wasted ingredients.

So I went ahead and used one jar for a loaf. I’ll wait on the second jars to get the big bubbles wich I assume is almost the end of the feed cycle? Then I can compare loafs
