    Looks great. I’d probably need to add some pita bread. My version of the MD follows the pyramid – I still eat carbs and meat, but my lunches look like your dinner. I think the best thing about the MD is that I never feel deprived or disappointed in the food. I’ve also lost 45 lbs. in 3 years.

    Girl dinner, but make it fruit/veggie forward ❤️ how do you pickle the plums? I’ve only had the Japanese style ones (which I love), but these look fresher.
