500g KA Bread Flour
350g room temp filtered water
50g Starter
13g kosher salt
This is my third loaf and also a “mini loaf.” I halved the dough after bulk fermentation that took about 12 hours and then cold fermented for 48 hrs before baking in a Dutch Oven at 450° for 20 minutes covered and another 13 minutes uncovered at 400°.
I was excited with the outcome and wanted to share it with this group.
Sorry, I don’t have a picture of the second loaf’s crumb, it was a gift. I was told it was good though.

Its way undercooked! Needs atleast 10 minutes more in the oven, then you will be golden:)
