As much as I am a BLT purest, this actually looks amazing. I would only try it with those kinds of pickles though.
The last restaurant I worked at, I used to make B.E.L.T.s and always wanted to run it as a special for Father’s Day.
Always add pickles and onions, as well as peppers if done kind, to my BLTs. Looks bomb!
