Reverse Seared CAB Prime Strip reverse seared. Prebaked at 250 degrees for 45 minutes until internal reached 110. Placed in freezer for 5 minutes to flash cool exterior layers. Seared blazing hot on cast iron for 1 minute each side, flipping every 30 seconds. Rested 15 minutes, sliced, topped with fleur de sel. Served with a wedge salad with creamy garlic dressing and red onion. Absolutely delicious

Beautiful minus the red onions. They’d crush my stomach. Otherwise 10/10
Steak is fine. But you ruined the wedge salad. It’s supposed to have bacon bits and crumbled blue cheese on it. Or the only thing it’s good for is the garbage can 🤬

I like everything on that plate, and the salad I will try next time as I really like crunchy lettuce.
I would pick that salad up and eat it as if it were a hand fruit, is that how you’re supposed to do it? If not, why not?
