Catfish filet with za'atar, broiled.
Pearl couscous with lentils:
Ingredients:
1/2 cups water
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Knorr low sodium vegetable base
1 tsp salt free Spike
1 cup pearl couscous
1 can of lentils (drained & rinsed well)

Directions:
Bring the water, olive oil, vegetable base, and Spike to a boil.
Add the couscous, bring back to a boil, cover, simmer on mid-low for 6 minutes.
Add the lentils, stir, cover, cook for an additional 4 minutes.

It's very versatile because you can change out the legumes/beans, change the seasoning, Add other vegetable.
I will turn some into a soup tomorrow.
