Cheese
Salt + pepper
American mustard and ketchup
3x mozzarella sticks per burger

I used lean beef mince but will use a more fatty beef mince to get a better smash in my next cook!

    The mozzarella sticks are a nice touch, but I feel they’re a foot in the door to greater greatness. You’ve already got cheese on that burger, why not swap the mozz for fried pickle spears
